Privacy
FitMyUpload processes your photos on your own device. They are never uploaded. Here is how to check.
Your photos stay on your device
The photo tool runs entirely in your browser. Your photo, its file name and the result are never sent to us or to anyone else. There are no user accounts and nothing is stored on a server.
How to check it yourself
Open the tool once, then switch on airplane mode or disconnect from the internet. The tool still works, because nothing needs to be sent anywhere. On a computer, you can also open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab and watch: choosing and processing a photo sends no request.
Hidden photo data is removed
Phone photos often contain hidden data such as the GPS location where they were taken. The file you download is re-encoded and contains none of it.
Reports you send
If you use the “Report a wrong preset” form, the text you type (and your email, if you give it) is sent to us by email through a form service so we can check the rule. The form never includes your photo.
Statistics
We count page visits and tool uses without cookies, to know which tools and guides are useful. These counts never include your photo or any information about it.
Ads
If we show ads in the future, this page will say so first, and visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before any personalised ads.
